The planning consent is granted under the Self-build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015. As such, any interested party must register with South Holland District Council prior to making an offer to purchase.
The property is subject to a s106 Agreement. The financial obligations under this agreement will be discharged by the Seller prior to completion of the purchase.
